Blueprint Genetics is a clinical diagnostics and genetic knowledge company. We are an international team of 50+ professionals running a clinical laboratory providing genetic diagnostics for professional use. Our current diagnostic portfolio includes over 400 tests that cover all inherited disorders. We work with over 240 clinics in over 20 countries. Our aim is to grow and expand our operations globally.
We offer challenging work in an innovative, dynamic and motivated team of physicians, geneticists, bioinformaticians and molecular biologists. The position involves interpretation and reporting of clinical molecular genetic test results. Duties also include development and validation of tests and applications in a project team environment.An ideal candidate is experienced in next-generation sequencing and diagnostic testing. Our laboratory is CLIA certified and ISO15189 and CAP (College of American Pathologists) accredited and we appreciate experience of working in a clinical laboratory that has an effective quality management system. The work requires attention to detail, critical thinking when reviewing the supporting scientific literature, effective planning and organization skills, and excellent follow through-abilities. Since Blueprint Genetics is a highly international work environment, good skills in spoken and written English language are a necessity.

Required education: PhD or Clinical laboratory geneticist degree; or in North America Masters level; Genetic Counselor or equivalent
Beneficial experience: Working in clinical or accredited laboratory, next-generation sequencing and DNA analysis methods, and bioinformatics.
