Blueprint Genetics provides clinical genetic diagnostics throughout the globe accessible for a wide range of healthcare systems and billing policies. 

  • In principle, Blueprint Genetics invoices the payer or customer when the analysis is complete. Exceptions with this policy may occur 
  • Blueprint Genetics offers diagnostic services only when ordered by a healthcare professional 
  • Blueprint Genetics may have different pricing and service models in different territories

Yes. If you wish for the patient to pay for the test directly, please select patient payment as the billing type when completing your order and provide a full name and email address of the person responsible for the payment. The payer should be the patient or a close relative. Third-party payments (e.g, charities, insurance companies) are not accepted). 

We will send an email to the provided email address with a protected payment link as soon as we have received and processed the order. The linkwill direct the patient to a Windcave online formwhere the payment can be completed by Visa or Mastercard. A regular invoice including our bank details is also attached to the email should they wish to pay by bank transfer instead.   

As soon as a patient payment has been completed and we have received the sample, we will proceed with the analysis.   

If we do not receive the payment within 3 weeks from sending the link, we’ll contact you to agree on the next steps.
