The Reproductive Screen DUO tests are intended for reproductive partners interested in a non-invasive and easy-to-perform examination that gives them an estimate of their combined risk of having a child affected with an autosomal recessive or X-linked condition. With their combined risks done concurrently and reported out together, they can discuss with a healthcare provider and make informed decisions about their reproductive options.
In the DUO report, the results of two tested individuals are combined and summarized in an easy-to-understand format on the first page of the document.
Note: Both individual samples provided are fully sequenced and analyzed by our geneticists, allowing not only collective reproductive risk but also personal risk for each individual.
