Our Helsinki and Marlborough laboratories and Customer Support have a few exceptions in opening hours. Please note the closing times when shipping samples. If you have any questions regarding sample reception, we are here to help!
The Helsinki laboratory and EMEA Customer Support hours during the holidays:
- Friday, January 6, 2023: Closed

The Marlborough laboratory and US Customer Support hours during the holidays:

Shipping recommendations:
- Blood samples should be sent as soon as possible after collection.
- If it is necessary to store the blood sample prior to shipping, it should be refrigerated immediately.
- If the blood sample will be stored for longer than 3 days, the sample should be frozen.
- Samples that were previously frozen can be shipped at ambient temperature.
- DNA and saliva samples can be sent in ambient temperature.
