At this time, we are unable to process any orders from New York State, outside of sponsored testing. Please note Familial Variant Testing (FVT) and Targeted Variant Testing (TVT) are also not available at this time to New York patients, even following use of a sponsored test. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause clinicians or patients in New York State. You can order kits for sponsored testing (i.e. NovoDETECT, My Retina Tracker, and Resonate Program) below. You can order a package including only buccal swab devices (ORACollectDNA® OCR-100) and tube labels. Devices are sent in multiples of 25 and the service is dedicated to high-volume customers. Please note that shipping materials are not included in the package. Shipping fees are covered by Blueprint Genetics when using our courier and provided account number. We are happy to assist in the shipping process.
