When is Blueprint Genetics moving?
Our North American office has moved on July 22, 2019 and our office in Finland is on August 8, 2019. We ask that you update the address and send your patient samples to our new addresses at these times.
What do I need to do about the relocation?
Please ensure you and your hospital have updated our new address when sending patient samples and paperwork to our laboratory. Also, if you have a stock of our specimen collection kits with outdated shipping labels, please contact our Support team for assistance with updating your kits with new shipping labels. You can also ask us to contact you.
What happens if I accidentally send samples to the old address?
You do not need to worry; your sample will be automatically rerouted to our new location. Please proceed with updating our address for your next order.
I accidentally sent patient sample to the new address too early. What do I do?
Your sample will be automatically rerouted to the proper location. Rerouting might cause a small delay in turnaround time.
Will the relocation affect turn-around time?
The expansion will have minimal effect on our testing turnaround time, and no effect on the quality of our service. We greatly appreciate your patience with us during this time of growth and look forward to our optimized facilities being in full production.
Will any other contact information change?
No, only our addresses are changing. Our other contact information, including phone and fax numbers, will remain the same.
Where can I get new Fedex shipping materials?
You can find the updated collection kits including up-to-date shipping materials on our website.
I have a stock of specimen collection kits with the old shipping materials. How do I update them?
Please contact our Support team for assistance with updating your kits with new shipping labels. You can also ask us to contact you.
Can I use the old requisition form to place orders?
Yes. Just make sure you mail your paper work to our new facilities in Seattle (2505 3rd Ave, Suite 204, Seattle, WA 98121) and Espoo (Keilaranta 16 A-B, 02150 Espoo, Finland).
What if I have used my own courier and not Fedex, will my samples get lost?
No, but it may cause a longer delay in your turnaround time. In such a case, our Support team will contact you. Please proceed with updating our new address as soon as possible as instructed in the information you should have received via email and land mail.
