Nucleus Order

Nucleus offers the possibility to place orders for genetic testing, follow progress, and read results. The portal is free for all users.

Fill out both consent and requisition forms, then send the samples to Blueprint Genetics using your own test tubes and shipment method.

At this time, we are unable to process any orders from New York State, outside of sponsored testing. Please note Familial Variant Testing (FVT) and Targeted Variant Testing (TVT) are also not available at this time to New York patients, even following use of a sponsored test. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause clinicians or patients in New York State. You can order kits for sponsored testing (i.e. My Retina Tracker and Resonate Program) below.
