Payment

To pay for the test yourself, your healthcare provider should select patient payment as the billing type. After we have received and processed the order, we will send an email to the provided address with a protected payment link. The link will direct you to a Windcave online payment page where you can complete the payment by Visa or Mastercard. A regular invoice including our bank details is also attached to the email should you wish to pay by bank transfer instead.

As soon as the payment has been completed and we have received an acceptable sample, we will proceed with the analysis.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder for an email from Blueprint Genetics. If you have issues with completing the payment, we kindly ask you to first check with your bank that there are no blocks or limitations on your card that may cause any problems with your payment. Should issues continue, you can contact our billing team by email at billing@blueprintgenetics.com

If we do not receive payment or communication from you within 3 weeks of sending the link, we will contact your healthcare provider.

We do not accept installment payments, but there is no set due date for payments, which means you are free to pay at your convenience. You can complete the payment in one transaction when you are ready to make the payment in full.

However, please note we do follow up on payments regularly so remember to let our billing team know if you need more time to make the payment. This is also to avoid unwanted order cancellations.
